We’ve added a new range of Mobile Banking App options that will save you time and energy!
To enjoy our exciting new features below, you will need to have the latest app update.
Open a new Savings Account or Term Deposit
Simply select Open new account from the drop-down menu, choose the account you want and follow the instructions. It’s that easy.
Please note only our most popular Term Deposit options are listed in our Mobile Banking App. You can view the full list on our website, and to open one simply call us on (08) 8202 7777 or visit us at 400 King William Street, Adelaide.
Let us know about your overseas travel plans
Avoid having your card blocked by our fraud monitoring service when you’re overseas by letting us know the dates you’ll be travelling and the countries you’re planning to visit.
Select Overseas Travel from the drop-down menu, then Travel notifications and follow the prompts.
Register for eStatements and eCommunications
Never waste time hunting around for a paper statement again by registering for eStatements and eCommunications!
Select eStatements from the drop-down menu, then Manage eStatements and following the instructions.
View your eStatements
You can now view your eStatements using your Mobile Banking App. Go to eStatements in the drop-down menu, then View eStatements and choose from the list.
Choose your App timeout settings
Sick of your app always timing out or want to dial up your security? You can now change your Mobile Banking App timeout settings.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu, then App timeout and set your preferred time.
