Lock, block and control your card Anytime, anywhere!

We’ve added a new range of Mobile Banking App options that allow you to take control of the way your card works. To enjoy our exciting new features, you will need to have the latest app update.

By simply logging in to your Mobile Banking App and selecting 'Card management' from the drop-down menu, you’ll be able to:

If you’ve misplaced your card, you can temporarily lock it until it turns up again

If you don’t like to ‘tap and pay’

If you’re not shopping online regularly

If you’re not making international purchases either online or overseas

Quick Balance

You can now view your account balances without having to log in to your app! To set this up, just click ‘Balances’ on your home screen and choose the accounts you would like to view.

Once set-up, you’ll be able to quickly view your selected account balances, just by clicking the ‘balances’ icon on your home screen (no need to log in).


Enhanced Loan & Investment Account Information

If you have a loan or investment with us, you can now access a bunch of new information just by swiping on the accounts screen and clicking on 'info'.

Once you open this screen, you can scroll down and see a range of useful stats regarding your loan or investment.  


Delete Saved BPAY Payees

A trash can icon is now available when you swipe left on a BPAY Payee. You can now use this to delete Payees from your favourites list.
