Frequently Asked Questions

To use BPAY in your app, follow these steps:

1. Find the BPAY logo on your bill. Next to it will be the Biller Code and your Customer Reference Number.
2. Open the Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App and and from the bottom of the home screen, select Transfer >With BPAY. You can either select a previously saved biller or Create a new biller.
3. Follow the simple instructions to pay your bill.
