You can easily block in-store card purchases, using Internet Banking or your Mobile Banking App – here’s how:

Mobile Banking App

1. Update the App to the latest version & log in
2. Tap on Cards at the bottom of the home screen
3. Select your card from the card list
4. Tap on More settings > Card controls
5. Deactivate in-store purchases by turning off the toggles for the In-Store purchases option in the Australia and/or International section (to reactivate, just click the toggle back on).

Internet Banking

1. Log in to your Internet Banking
