How do I activate Confirmation of Payee?
You don’t need to do anything extra CoP is already built into our Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking. Whenever you make a payment using a BSB and account number, or you update an existing payee, we’ll automatically show you the match result before you finalise the payment. This will help you feel confident that your money is going where you intend it to go.
