How can I cancel my credit card or reduce my limit?
Internet Banking
Log into Internet Banking. In the ‘Cards’ section, select ‘Card Management’ and then follow the prompts to either cancel your credit card or reduce your credit limit. The Card Management section requires Secure SMS or VIP Security validation. You will need to request an SMS or VIP code and validate to be able to proceed.
Mobile Banking App
Log into our Mobile Banking App. In the ‘Card Management’ section, select your credit card and then follow the prompts to either cancel your credit card or reduce your credit limit.
