As a Signatory/Secondary User can I share Account data if the Account Owner does not have Internet Banking access?
No. To share account data for accounts you are a Signatory/Secondary User on, all Account Owners require active internet banking access with data sharing enabled and Signatory/Secondary User permissions toggled on. When an Account Owner does not have Internet Banking access, you will only be allowed to share accounts which are owned by you and are in your name. When you request a data sharing arrangement you will only ever be presented with Accounts that are eligible for sharing.
