Thank you for your participation in this year's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 12 November 2025.
Attending members heard from our Chair, Julie Cooper, and CEO, Todd Roberts, about our accomplishments during the last financial year as well as a snapshot of what to expect in the coming year.
During the Annual General Meeting:
- Members received the Financial Reports, Director’s Report and Auditor’s Report for Credit Union SA for the year ended 1 July 2025.
- Members heard announcements from our Chair and CEO.
- Members were notified of the re-election of Director Cooper and Director Riquier following completion of our Director election process.
- Members voted that the limit on the total amount of non-executive director remuneration payable each year be increased to $600,000 per annum.
