With over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Michael is a seasoned leader in development finance, specialising in:
- commercial and residential property development
- cash flow management
- capital structuring
His career has spanned a wide range of financial disciplines, with a consistent focus on delivering strategic funding solutions. He has played a key role in delivering many of South Australia's flagship development projects.
In addition to his professional achievements, Michael is an active member of the Property Council of Australia, serving on the Residential Development Committee. In this role, he contributes to policy discussions, advocates for industry best practices, and supports initiatives that promote sustainable and affordable housing solutions nationwide.

Jordan is an Account Manager in Credit Union SA’s Development Finance Division, where he supports South Australian developers with tailored funding solutions for residential projects. With a strong foundation in finance and a passion for property development, Jordan plays role in supporting Members with site acquisition, land subdivision, and construction funding.
He has completed his Master of Applied Finance at the University of Adelaide, Jordan brings both commercial knowledge and practical experience to his role. Known for his approachable style and commitment to client success, he is driven by a desire to contribute to South Australia’s housing future.
