Why haven't I received an email yet?

You should receive an email from DocuSign® after your home loan has been fully approved and we have processed your loan documents.

Make sure to check:

  • Your email address is up to date;
  • Your junk or spam folders (if it’s a work address, it might be blocked); and
  • If you have a DocuSign® account and opted out of notifications, check your settings in ‘My preferences.’

You can also check with your Lender or Broker.
