My Joint Account requires the approval of both parties for transactions, so why can data sharing be approved by just one Account holder?
Data sharing will not allow funds to be withdrawn from an Account, only the sharing of information digitally. When using Open Banking you will receive a notification (when enabled) to let you know that sharing has occurred. Both Account holders will also have visibility of who has access to your data.
