To send a message from Internet Banking Secure Mail select Contact us from the right-hand side menu, then from the menu select Secure Mail (or select the mail icon located at the top right of the dashboard). Click Create and under the To field select an enquiry type from the drop down list, enter a relevant subject in the Subject field, and then type your message in the body field below. When you’re finished click Send Message at the bottom of the page to send your message to Credit Union SA. Our team will review your enquiry and respond as soon as possible, typically by the next business day.
