For existing data sharing arrangements, can I disable one Account only, leaving all other accounts including Joint Accounts sharing data – or do I need to disable the entire arrangement?

You can select which Joint Accounts to stop sharing within an existing data sharing arrangement and sharing will continue for all other Accounts previously approved.

  1. From Internet Banking, select Settings > Sharing.
  2. Select Active next to the arrangement you would like to manage.
  3. Select the ellipses next to Account Balances and details.
  4. Select Stop Sharing to remove an Account from the sharing arrangement.

If any accounts have sharing disabled where a Signatory/Secondary User is listed, this will disable the Signatory/Secondary User from sharing the account also.
