Can someone else register my details (mobile, email) as their PayID?
Only the owner of the device can register it as a PayID, as it requires Two-factor Authentication (2FA) in the form of a code sent to the phone number or email address provided to complete the registration. Read more about Two-factor Authentication on the Australia Cyber Security Centre website.
