Strengthen the Security of Your Credit Union SA Mobile Banking app
Members can now choose a Mobile Banking App PIN between 4 and 8 digits in length.
As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your accounts and personal information, we've introduced the option for members to use a longer PIN when accessing the Credit Union SA App.
What's changing?
Members can now choose an App PIN between 4 and 8 digits in length, giving you more flexibility and allowing you to enhance the security of your mobile banking experience.
Why should I update my PIN?
A longer PIN can help make your account more secure by:
- Providing an additional layer of protection for your mobile banking.
- Making it harder for others to guess or gain unauthorised access.
- Supporting stronger security practices to help protect your personal and financial information.
- Giving you greater peace of mind when banking on the go.
How do I update my PIN?
Updating your PIN is quick and easy:
- Open the Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App
- Click the three horizontal lines on the top right of the app
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Security”
- Select “Change login PIN”
- Read the instructions and select “continue”
- Enter your current app PIN
- Choose a new PIN
- Confirm your new PIN
