Changes to service offering, service and home loan fees

Credit Union SA has made the following changes:

1. Service ceased.

From Monday 7 March 2022, our Safe Custody service has been discontinued for new lodgements.

From Wednesday 28 September 2023, Member Cheque Book Service has been discontinued for all new and existing members.

2. Effective 14 March 2022:

• A split loan fee of $150.00 for the first split and $100.00 for every split thereafter on the same security for all loan types.
• Guarantor fee of $200 payable whenever we prepare guarantee documents for a loan as requested.

3. Introduction of service fees. Effective 1 April 2022:

• A Safe Custody annual fee of $20.00. to be introduced for existing users of our safe custody service. This service is no longer available for new lodgements.
• A cheque book fee of $15.00 per new cheque book issued.
• A fee of $1.50 per member cheque withdrawal.

4. Introduction of home loan fees. Effective 11 April 2022:

• A Deed of Priority fee of $200.00 when deed of priority documents are prepared as requested (second mortgage).
