Your opportunity
As our valued Personal Lending Specialist, you will be relied upon to provide and deliver exceptional service. Your role will be to assist members with their lending needs, from handling personal lending or insurance inquiries and resolving issues to offer personalised support that ensures a positive and memorable banking experience. This role is not just about fulfilling tasks; it's about creating moments of delight for our members and making a real difference in their lives.
In this high-impact role, you will draw on your call centre, banking or insurance experience to enable us to continue to make a positive impact on our members and South Australian communities by:
• Delivering exceptional personal lending experiences, ensuring high performance, quality, and compliance.
• Delivering on proactive sales and retention strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our values.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative and Credit Union SA requirements.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Positive, proactive and results focused attitude and behaviour
• High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for excellence
• Ability to create and build member relationships through curiosity and rapport building ensuring needs are identified and met
• Flexibility to work Mon-Sat roster within our operational hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8-2pm
• A positive, proactive and results-driven mindset with a high level of personal accountability
Ideally, you will also have:
• Personal Loan, Credit Card or Insurances Sales experience.
• An understanding of Home Loan Lending to answer queries and retention.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A positive, proactive and results-driven mindset with a high level of personal accountability.
