Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, campaign development and brand amplification? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and elevate our member experience across digital platforms.
About the role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Credit Union SA’s brand profile. You’ll lead a small team of specialists in graphic design, marketing support, and digital marketing, while managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
Your work will directly influence our digital transformation, member communications, and campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Enhance member digital experiences in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee content strategy and campaign planning (online and offline).
- Manage external communications across digital channels.
- Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation in marketing automation and digital banking platforms.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in marketing operations.
- Manage budgets and campaign-related expenses.
What you'll bring
Essential:
- Proven success in digital marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing external agencies and publishers.
- High-level communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Website design and development experience.
- Passion for financial services and customer experience.
Desirable:
- Experience in the Retail Banking or Financial Services Sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Management
- InDesign skills
