Your opportunity

As our valued Home Lending Manager, you will draw on your lending expertise to deliver exceptional experiences.
This will support our current and future members in achieving their dreams of home ownership.

In this high-impact role, you will enable us to continue to make a positive impact on our members and South Australian communities by:

• Delivering an exceptional lending experience, ensuring high performance, quality, and compliance.
• Developing and implementing proactive sales strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our values.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative and Credit Union SA requirements.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Experience in diverse and complex Retail Lending environments
• Strong knowledge of Retail Lending operations and systems, experience with Lendfast would be a bonus
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Lending sales strategies and operational excellence
• High levels of drive and energy and a willingness to roll your sleeves up to assist our members
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to self-motivate and deliver exceptional performance in a changing environment

Ideally, you will also have:
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A positive, proactive and results-driven mindset with a high level of personal accountability.
