We’re Hiring: Administration Assistant

Credit Union SA is looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Administration Assistant to support our team and help keep things running smoothly on a part-time or full-time basis.

In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day admin support - perfect for someone who loves coordinating, organising, and making things easier for everyone around them.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports and meeting materials
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Keeping our filing and document management organised and up to date
  • Tracking action items and helping the team stay on top of deadlines
  • Assisting with correspondence, presentations and general admin tasks
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring things are where they should be

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Great communication and attention to detail
  • Experience in an admin or office support role
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, team‑focused environment
