What if I input an incorrect One Time Password (OTP)?

Retry your OTP, and if it doesn’t work, please call us on (08) 8202 7777 as you may need to initiate the consent process again with the Data Recipient.

Remember, no organisation including us will ever call you and ask for your Internet Banking password or OTP to authorise a data sharing request. Never share a Secure SMS code, password or OTP with another person.
