How do I make the switch?
In the app:
After logging in, tap the Menu in the top right-hand corner and go to Accounts. Select Statements > Manage eStatements. Choose which email address to have your eStatements sent to and tap Save.
Through Internet Banking:
After logging in, click Settings in the top right-hand corner and go to Communications. You may be prompted to complete a 2-Factor Authentication security check.
In the Communications screen, click on the eStatements drop-down menu item. From here, select that you want to Register for this service, choose which email address to have your eStatements sent to, read and understand the terms and click Save.

Credit Union SA "Switch to eStatements $1,000 Giveaway" Terms and Conditions:
- Information on how to take part in the Giveaway and details of the Credit Union SA “Switch to eStatements $1,000 Giveaway” (Giveaway) prize are outlined in these terms and conditions. Participation in this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter is Credit Union SA Ltd ("Promoter") ABN 36 087 651 232 AFSL/Australian Credit Licence Number 241066 Credit Union SA Centre, Level 3, 400 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
- The competition Giveaway period will run from 12:00am Saturday 1 November 2025 to 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June 2026 (Giveaway period).
- There will be 2 prizes consisting of two draws of $1,000 (AUD) each (total prize pool is $2,000). The prize winners will be chosen at random at Credit Union SA, Level 3, 400 King William St, Adelaide with the first draw occurring on Friday 27 February 2026 at 11:00am and the second draw on Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 11:00am.
- All unsuccessful entries from the first draw will automatically be entered into the second draw.
- Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw as per the contact details provided or listed on their Credit Union SA membership to organise redemption of their prize. Payment of the $1,000 prize draw will be made to the winners’ nominated Credit Union SA account within 7 days acceptance of this prize. If the winner(s) do not respond to Credit Union SA’s attempts to contact them to arrange transfer of prize money to their Credit Union SA account within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
- All references to times recorded throughout these terms and conditions are a reference to local time in Adelaide, South Australia.
- Giveaway entry is available to all current Credit Union SA members as well as any new members who have selected to receive eStatements during the Giveaway period. Participants must have chosen to receive eStatements at the time of each respective draw in order to be eligible to enter to the draw for the prizes. Credit Union SA members are eligible to enter the draw once per membership.
- Each prize will be awarded to a separate winner, and an individual will not be eligible to receive more than one prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant (including their identity, age, and place of residence) and the validity of each entry and to disqualify any person who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct, calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Giveaway. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
