We’ve updated our Mobile Banking App

To enhance our members security and experience, we’ve been making some upgrades to our Mobile Banking App. Here’s what’s new in the update:

Users on iOS 18.3 or higher may find that Face ID is disabled after updating due to recent security updates by Apple. Please re-enter your PIN and re-enable biometrics to access the app after updating iOS. Thank you for your understanding.

Fraud and scam warning features

To help protect you from potential scams, we have introduced a new warning system when making payments.

• When making a transaction to a new payee (External, Internal, PayID, BPAY, and International), a ‘Protect yourself from scams’ screen will be displayed that will highlight some important red flags for you to consider.

• Before you complete the transaction, you’ll be prompted to confirm you’re sure or be given the opportunity to cancel.

reCAPTCHA security enhancement

For added security, we’re implementing a reCAPTCHA feature that you’ll see when registering, it helps protect you and our Mobile Banking App from fraud, spam and abuse to distinguish from humans and bots.

To avoid any issues with logging in or registering you must have the most up-to-date version of the Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App installed. If you need support, call us on 13 8777

Card PIN change warning

When changing your PIN in the Mobile Banking App, you’ll be reminded about suitable PIN information to keep you secure.

Your Visa Debit Card image will be updated

To match our new black Visa Debit Card, visible in your digital wallet already, the card art in your app will be updated.

Apple Wallet integration

Adding your cards to Apple Wallet has been made even easier. Add your Credit Union SA card directly from the wallet in a few simple steps:

• Open ‘Wallet’ on your phone and click (+) icon.

• If the Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App is installed on your device, it’ll be shown in the ‘Add to Wallet’ screen for selection.

• You’ll be prompted to add your cards, including entering your Credit Union SA Mobile Banking App PIN, and verify with Face ID or iPhone Passcode.

Keep your app up to date

To ensure you maintain access and get the best experience, we encourage everyone to update their Mobile Banking App to the latest version by visiting the app store for your device. This will help you take full advantage of the new features and security enhancements.
