Changes to our service fees

From 30 November 2021, we’re making some changes to our arrears fee and introducing a new fee for paper statements to help cover the increased costs of postage and production. You can see the details of the changes we’re making below.

Arrears fee

We’re increasing our arrears fee from $10.00 to $15.00.

Paper statement fee

Members will be charged a fee of $2.00 to receive paper statements. But the good news is members can avoid this paper statement fee by switching to eStatements. 

Statement fee-free eligibility

You won’t have to pay the paper statement fee if you are over the age of 70, or under the age of 18.
