We’re excited to share that Internet Banking has been refreshed with a modern and simplified design that makes your everyday banking even easier. The updated look and feel brings clearer navigation, improved accessibility, and a cleaner design, helping you find what you need quickly and confidently. You will see the changes from 17 March 2026.

Just like our recent Mobile Banking App upgrade, our goal is to enhance your experience while keeping the move simple.

What do you need to do?

Nothing at all. Login as normal and enjoy the new features.

What’s new?

Our refreshed Internet Banking now includes:

  • A cleaner and more intuitive layout, to view balances, explore accounts and complete tasks.
  • Customisable dashboard with quick actions and key notifications, helping you find payments, cards, messages and settings faster.
  • Enhanced accessibility and readability, ensuring a smoother experience across desktops, tablets and mobile.
  • Stronger security measures so you can use it with confidence.
  • Enhanced Business Banking, enabling structured batch processing and providing consistent, repeatable payment workflows and templates.
  • A modern look that aligns with our upgraded Mobile Banking App, giving you consistent experience across your digital banking.

Keeping you safe from scams

Whenever we introduce updates, fraudsters may try to take advantage. Please remember:

  • We will never ask you to confirm or update your banking details via an email or SMS link.
  • If you receive a suspicious message that appears to be from us, don’t click any links, call us on 13 8777 instead.
  • Treat your One-Time Passwords (OTPs) like you would any other password, never share them with anyone.
