With more ways than ever to access your funds including Bank@Post™,

your digital wallet and Mobile Banking App, we have decided to exit the rediATM network as of 1 July 2019.

This means if you withdraw cash or access your account from a rediATM from 1 July 2019 you may incur a fee from the ATM owner.

Where can I withdraw cash fee-free?

You can withdraw cash at participating retailers including supermarkets, department stores and petrol stations.
You can withdraw cash from any of the 3,000+ Australia Post outlets that display the Bank@Post™ sign.
Any fee-free ATMs. However, we encourage you to check for any fees when using an ATM before completing a transaction.

Why the change?

We joined the rediATM network to make sure you had access to fee-free ATMs Australia wide. However, with new digital payment options available the country RediATM usage has declined dramatically.

In addition, recent industry changes mean the cost to remain part of the rediATM network has significantly increased, and we would rather spend this money on giving you better products, rates, service and support.
