Important changes to your ATM network

29 Mar 2019

With more ways than ever to access your funds including [email protected]™, your digital wallet and access to thousands of fee-free ATMs around the country, we have decided to exit the rediATM network as of 1 July 2019.

This means if you withdraw cash or access your account from a rediATM from 1 July 2019 you may incur a fee from the ATM owner.

Where can I withdraw cash fee-free?

  • You can withdraw cash at participating retailers including supermarkets, department stores and petrol stations.
  • You can withdraw cash from any of the 3000+ Australia Post outlets that display the [email protected] sign.
  • You have access to over 10,000 fee-free ATMs around the country including Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, NAB and BankSA. We encourage you to check for any fees when using an ATM before completing a transaction.

Why the change?

We joined the rediATM network to make sure you had access to fee-free ATMs Australia wide. However, since the major banks removed direct charge fees from their ATMs back in 2017, you have been able to withdraw cash from over 10,000 fee-free ATMs.

In addition, recent industry changes mean the cost to remain part of the rediATM network has significantly increased, and we would rather spend this money on giving you better products, rates, service and support.
