Because we don't have external shareholders to pay dividends to, our profits are returned back to our members in the form of low fees, outstanding customer service and better interest rates.
This basically means our fees and interest rates are genuinely reflective of our costs.
In addition to offering great rates and low fees, we also offer transaction fee discounts to loyal members rewarding them for doing all their banking with us.
At the end of the day, it all comes back to our members.
