Receive information about your accounts direct to your mobile phone!

Would you like to know when your savings account dips under $100? Set up an SMS alert to let you know!
You can choose from two types of SMS Alerts.
On Demand alerts allow you to request information on an ‘as needs’ basis. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Balance requests
- Transaction histories
- Interest earned enquiries
Event Alerts allow you to set up automated SMS notifications. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Account balance notifications
- Direct debit notifications
- Direct credit notifications
Register for SMS Alerts today!
To register you can call member services, visit a branch or if you are an existing user, register through internet banking.
Once you have registered for SMS alerts, each alert will cost 20 cents. All SMS fees are charged at the end of each month to the account you've nominated.
Each SMS Alert has a code so it’s easy for you to identify on your statement.
