You can choose from two types of SMS Alerts.
On Demand alerts allow you to request information on an ‘as needs’ basis. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Balance requests
- Transaction histories
- Interest earned enquiries
Event Alerts allow you to set up automated SMS notifications. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Account balance notifications
- Direct debit notifications
- Direct credit notifications

To register you can call our Member Service Centre, visit a branch or if you are an existing user, register through internet banking.
SMS Alerts are free!
However, your telecommunications provider may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages.
