So we know who’s who and to ensure your information is safe, you'll need an access code to:

  • receive any information about your account(s)
  • check your account balances and transactions
  • open a new account
  • advise us on how you wish us to deal with a maturing term investment
  • change or cancel periodical payments
  • re-arrange existing payroll deduction authorities
  • transfer funds between your accounts or to an external account
  • stop payment on a cheque
  • change any personal details

Getting an access code is simple. Just fill out our access code application (via New Accounts and Access Services form) and send it to us in the post, via fax or drop it into one of our branches
