BPAY
BPAY is the most convenient, cost-effective and time saving way to pay your bills.
It allows you to pay over 9500 billers and is available through our internet or phone banking services.
To use BPAY follow these steps:
- Find the BPAY logo on your bill, next to it is the biller code and your customer reference number.
- Log on to Internet Banking or call our Phone Banking service line on 1300 799 799.
- Select the BPAY menu option and follow the simple instructions.
- Record your receipt number and the bill is paid.
Recurring payments
This is really handy! You can make one off payments or schedule recurring payments to occur weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly etc. And if you want to be super organised, you can future date your bills to be paid on the exact date you choose.
